Covering District/s: 5- (Khairpur), (Shikarpur), (Jacobabad), (Larkana) and (Kamber-Shahdadkot).
Project Objective/s:
The housing reconstruction would be beneficiary driven.
The grants would be released directly to the beneficiary’s bank account in tranches, linked to verified stages of construction and adoption of prescribed multi-hazard resilient standards.
Efforts will be made to facilitate eligible beneficiaries to open bank accounts through simplified processing requirements.
In order to meet these requirements Project will contract credible, qualified, and reputable Implementation Partners.

3. Establish a Grievance Redressed Mechanism
4. Organizing / Conducting Training along with supporting training for artisans on guidelines for multi-hazard resilient housing:
Facilitate SPHF in the training of skilled craftsmen in key trades using practical demonstration, on-the-job training, and written/visual training material,
Orientation and Training of the homeowners who are also self-builders
5. Provision of training, progress mapping, and issue-based training/advice through a cascade of field presence:
Establish a Central Training Unit to serve as a training facility as well as an Office secretariat at Taluka/District
Socio-Technical Assistance [STA] Teams
Establish Village Reconstruction Committee [VRC]
Establish gender desks at the district level
Engage Team of skilled Craftsmen to form Mobile Demonstration Teams [MDTs]
Priority inclusion of vulnerable groups
6. Environmental and social screening of all settlements/villages
7. Continues monitoring of field activities and guiding the beneficiaries in construction works.
